What’s your favorite thing about the company? The opportunity to participate in a fast-paced environment and work alongside like-minded individuals who have a desire to succeed.

What does customer service mean to you? Customer service is providing a product/service with a deep understanding of what the client wants. This means getting to know the customer’s goals, problems, and processes to understand the full picture of how you are serving them.

What’s the most memorable piece of advice you’ve ever given or received? “Comfort is the enemy of growth.”

What’s your go-to comfort food? Domino’s Pizza

What’s one fun fact about you that might not be on your resume? I grew up playing baseball and participated in a world series for Team Mississippi in Cooperstown, NY. The home of the Baseball Hall of Fame.

What’s the most interesting place you’ve ever traveled to?  Riviera Maya, Mexico

What’s a fun hobby or activity you enjoy outside of work? I like to golf and really anything that gets me outdoors.
